Woman has triplets after 11-year infertility

A Saudi wife gave birth to triplets after 11 years of infertility and doctors said the woman and her babies were in good health.

The two girls and one boy, born in a Cesarean operation, weighed between one and 1.5kg at birth, said Dr. Sultan Baghdadi, a gynecology and obstetrics consultant at Harraa Hospital in the Western Saudi town of Makkah.

“They will stay on the respiratory system for one before they are discharged from hospital,” he said, quoted by Sabq newspaper.
