World wrestlers given Islamic gifts in Saudi

Saudi religious officials used the presence of scores of world wrestling superstars to present copies of the Holy Quran and other Islamic gifts to them.

Newspapers said 37 wresters were given translated copies of the Quran and other presents meant to explain the meaning of Islam to them.

The wresters included John Cena, Randy Orton, Wyatt family, Kofi Kingston, the three members of the Shield, and other WWE stars.

The wrestlers arrived in Saudi Arabia last week for a three-day show in Riyadh and other cities in the conservative Gulf Kingdom.

Sabq newspaper published pictures showing a Saudi official presenting the gifts to the Wyatt family members — Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper and Erick Rowan.
