Yemeni man back to life during his funeral

A Yemeni man presumed dead by doctors returned to life and started moving during his funeral, triggering panic among the mourners and forcing many of them to flee.

Hundreds of mourners have just reached the cemetery south of the capital Sanaa to bury the body when the man started to move in his coffin.

Doctors had declared the man dead after he suffered from a stroke and told relatives to take him home and bury him.

“He began to move and most mourners panicked and fled……some relatives were brave enough to open the coffin and find that the man is still alive…they rushed him back to hospital,” Yemen’s Khabar news agency said.
