Young man dies while praying

A Saudi man in his 20s died while he was praying at a mosque in the Gulf Kingdom just before he was due to visit the hospital for heart check-up.

Ahmed Al Khanjari had suffered from a heart attack a few days before his death and had been due to see the doctor for follow up.

“His relatives asked him to make sure he goes to the doctor but he told them he would perform evening prayers before going to the hospital,” Sabq Arabic language daily said in a report from the southern Saudi Jazan province.

“As he knelt down and started to pray, Ahmed had another heart attack. He collapsed and died just before finishing his prayers.”
