Bollywood hunk Salman Khan has waited a long time for the perfect lady (for his movie of course) till they zeroed down on Jacqueline Fernandez.
The former Sri Lankan beauty queen will be cast opposite Salman Khan in the action caper, 'Kick'.
While the news about Salman Khan starrer 'Kick' had sent out some excitement long time ago, here's a latest development in the movie's front.
The scriptwriter of 'Kick', Chetan Bhagat has confirmed that the film will start shooting next month in London.
Talking about it on social networking site Bhagat said, "Been working on the screenplay of Kick, starring Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandes. Goes on floors July 24 in London!"
Chetan Bhagat's best sellers have been translated on to big screens including 'Hello', the blockbuster '3 Idiots', the recently well-acclaimed film 'Kai Po Che' and forthcoming project '2 States'.
Incidentally, 'Kick' is the remake of 2009 Telugu blockbuster movie with same name and it is being directed and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala.
Nadiadwala has also roped in Hollywood cinematographer Alexander Witt, who has worked on films like Pirates Of The Caribbean (2003) and Skyfall (2012).
Jacqueline received rave reviews for her last two movies 'Housefull 2' (2012) and 'Race 2' but missed out on some coveted roles, courtesy then boyfriend Sajid Khan.
And no sooner did news of her break-up came in the open the actress has hit a jackpot.
In what is the most strategic career move for her, the athletic and attractive actress has bagged one of the most coveted films of the year.
