Several sheep were killed after they were knocked over by cars when they strayed into a busy motorway in Saudi Arabia.
Newspapers said 12 dead sheep were still strewn on the main road leading towards the southern town of Bareq on Saturday night, causing road havoc and increasing risks of accidents.
“It seems the sheep were crossing that road after straying away from their farm…many of the dead animals were still scattered on the road by Saturday night,” Sabq newspaper said.
