A teenager in Egypt’s Al Salam city allegedly killed a man after the latter allegedly attempted to molest him.
According to Al Fajr newspaper, the 15-year-old boy knew the victim who worked in a shop opposite his residence.
On the fateful day, the teenager ordered for some foodstuff to be delivered.
The boy told cops that the man came to his home to deliver his order. But after handing over the packet, he forced himself on him. The boy apparently resisited his moves and granned a metal piece and hit his head.
But instead of ging away, the victim ran iside the house and took hold of a knife from the kitche and allegedly tried attacking the boy. At this point, the teenager overpowered the man, grabbed the knife and allegedly stabbed him several times.
Mom solicits for teen daughter
A housewife in Egypt has been arrested on charges of soliciting for her daughter.
The woman, who is divorced from her husband, is accused of forcing their 17-year-old daughter into prostitution, reported Al Mesryoon newspaper.
The incident came to light when the girl’s dad filed a complaint with Al Salam police station of Nasr City that his ex-wife was forcing his daughter to entertain men in exchange of money.
He claimed that he had divorced the woman last year because of her ‘immoral behaviour’. He added that he let his ex-wife have custody of the girl because she was young and that he contributed (Egyptian) £200 (Dh120) as alimony per month.
He discovered the child’s misfortune on one of his visits to meet her, when the teenager pleaded with him to take her along. The girl recalled her unpleasant experiences with men and complained about her mother, he told cops.
Meanwhile, the woman showed no remorse upon arrest and said that she had to take the extreme step in order to earn money to survive.
