Sleeping 4-year-old girl child raped

A 28-year-old man had been arrested by Sri Lankan police for pitilessly raping a four-year old girl child when the suspect was in her home, the ‘Sunday Mawbima’ has reported.

Seeing that there was no one else in the house, the suspect entered the house and sexually molested the sleeping child, police said.

The suspect was arrested on Saturday after the child’s parents lodge a police complaint.

The victim was admitted to Gampaha Hospital for medical examination.
