Three Pakistani nationals killed and another injured in Houthi attack on commercial ship in Red Sea as Pakistan condemns incident and monitors situation
ISLAMABAD: Three Pakistani nationals have been killed in an attack on a ship in the Red Sea, Ishaq Dar, Pakistani Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister said on Wednesday.
Another Pakistani national has sustained injuries in the incident, the minister said in a post on X platform.
“Pakistan strongly condemns the Houthi attack on a non-combatant commercial vessel,” he added.
The minister said Pakistani officials are closely monitoring the situation and are in contact with Saudi authorities to ascertain details of the incident.
