Two rape mentally retarded boy in Egypt

The Egyptian police have arrested two men on the charge of raping a mentally retarded boy while he was in school, the Arabic language newspaper El Fagr has reported.

The police in Egypt’s governorate of A’Sharqia took the action after receiving a complaint from the father of Ahmed, the 12-year-old boy, that two men – identified as Helmy A.H. and Samir – had sexually assaulted his son in the Sakem School for Children with Special Needs.

The father said the two accused had taken advantage of the fact that his son was mentally handicapped.

After investigations, the police picked up the two accused from a house where they were hiding.

The police has referred the accused to the public prosecution.
