Volunteers apply for UAE Armed Forces

The General Command of the Armed Forces represented by the National and Reserve Service Authority, on Tuesday received voluntary applications for enrollment of citizens in the age group of 30 to 40.

The authority said in a statement that recruitment centres will start receiving applications from male citizens on Sunday, March 20, from 7 am to 2 pm. After they fulfill medical fitness conditions, and the approval of the National and Reserve Authority Service's committee, applicants are required to submit documents referred to on the official website and social networking accounts of the authority.

The authority said that the training programme for volunteers will be 15 weeks, regardless of academic qualifications.
