Woman molested by transit passenger

A Chinese transit passenger allegedly molested a passenger, a Dubai court heard.

According to the Prosecution, WF, 31, is accused of molesting CT, by hugging her and touching her cheeks and attempting to kiss her against her will.

WF is also accused of consuming alcohol.

The incident was reported to the police authorities at the airport.

JM, 23, French, hostess testified that the victim was sitting next to the accused and was petrified. He was not looking normal. He tried to hug and kiss her.

The accused admitted his guilt and said he was under the influence of alcohol.

The Court Presided by Judge Al Saeed Mohammed Barghouth adjourned the case until March 8 for verdict.
