Rescue workers recovered 75 bodies over the past week from the wreckage of an Air France jet that plunged into the Atlantic two years ago, French police said on Tuesday.
A total of 127 bodies have now been recovered -- 50 in the days immediately after the crash, two more when the black box flight recorders were found at the start of the month, and the rest between May 23 and May 30.
The Airbus A330 crashed en route from Rio de Janeiro to Paris on June 1, 2009, with the death of all 228 people on board.
It was only last month that investigators found the main wreckage in deep waters midway between Brazil and west Africa.
Information from the black boxes confirmed that the pilots of the Airbus A330 saw conflicting speeds on their instruments as the plane stalled and plunged into the sea.
