Driver killed after colliding with camel

A Saudi driver died and his friend was seriously injured after their car collided with a camel outside its farm in the Gulf Kingdom, a newspaper reported on Monday.

The man was driving back home on a motorway just outside the Northwestern Saudi town of Tabuk when the camel suddenly emerged on the road.

“The car collided with the camel after the driver could not avoid it. The driver died while his friend was seriously injured,” 'Sabq' daily said without mentioning what happened to the camel.
