Quadruplets after 11-year infertility

A Saudi woman gave birth to quadruplets after having treatment for infertility for nearly 11 years, a newspaper in the gulf Kingdom reported on Wednesday.

The woman, 29, gave birth to the two boys and two girls by Caesarian section in her 7th month of pregnancy.

Doctors said the woman and her children are in good health.

'Sabq' newspaper quoted doctors at Harraa Hospital in the Western town of Makkah as saying the babies weighed between 1.2-1.3kg at birth.
