Quake rocks eastern India

An earthquake measuring 6.4 rocked India's eastern state of Manipur on Friday, the US Geological Survey said. The depth was 55.2 miles, it added, after earlier saying the depth was just 6.2 miles.

The epicentre was 30 miles north northwest of Imphal, near the border with Myanmar.
