An Australian teacher has been reprimanded after he assigned pupils to plan a terrorist attack that would kill as many people as possible.
The West Australian newspaper reported on Wednesday that the Year 10 students were assigned to choose a chemical or biological attack and explain what effects it would have on humans, when would be the best time to attack and to explain their choice of victims.
The school reportedly said the teacher "had made a well-intentioned but misguided attempt to engage the students in an assignment on contemporary conflict".
