A thief becomes popular after his photograph won the title of the ‘world’s happiest mugshot’.

Denver police mugshot shows the 45-year-old with broad toothy grin and eyes wide open in apparent delight, reported newsbite quoting Orange News.

According to police, he allegedly robbed a bank last month and attempted to flee. But the police stopped the train and arrested him.
