He is just 15 years old. And there are already more than 200 reports against him; he has been charged more than 40 times; faced more than 100 counts so far; breached bail 20 times; spits at police and fights his arrest each time.
He is considered a threat to motorists of Sydney's Inner West as he steals vehicles and speeds off at 120kmph. While residents have lots of stories of his dangerous activities on the roads, the boy's 'Robin Hood' following raises frightening reality for police.
He is allegedly reaching youngsters how to steal cars. Last week four boys, aged eight, were arrested for stealing a car.
In the latest incident on Sunday night, he stole a Subaru and sped off. The cops in hot pursuit. A while later, along Parramatta Road, they saw the car veer into a bus lane and through a red light. Luckily all four people in the car that was T-boned all survived, reported 'News.com.au'.
The driver, as usual, fled the scene. All four in the car will face children's court.
Police are concerned the next victims might not be so lucky.
Residents have a lot of stories about his rash driving and behaviour. One night apparantly he pulled up beside a cops' car, beeped the horn to get them to chase him.
He's known to police since age 11.
Last year, in one such case he was sentenced to six months, but it was reduced considering its severity. So, on Sunday night, he has allegedly broken the bail conditions, according to police sources.
Police try to present the cases as fool-proof as they can, but he gets away mildly each time.
One time he climbed out of a moving car's window to escape custody.
Royal wedding a rehearsal for Queen's funeral

It may sound odd for Prince William to think of his grandmother's demise at the time of wedding but as all diplomats and dignitaries will be arooundon April 29, palace officials are using the opportunity to rehearse for the Queen's funeral.
According to 'Sunday Express', the discreet operation is codenamed London Bridge, and Her Majesty is taking "a keen interest" in the dry run.
Procession will follow the same route as her coffin which will be carried from Buckingham Palace to Westminster Hall before a service at the nearby Abbey.
"Obviously we all hope such a sad event will be a long way off - HM may be 84 but she's in very good health - yet we need to rehearse the logistics and timings for what will be a huge ceremony," said a royal aide.
The arrangements are reviewed annually and any significant changes have to be approved by her.

Woman kills grandson over zodiac sign

A woman in eastern China killed her infant grandson by tossing him into a well after a fortune-teller told her the child's zodiac sign would bring ruin to the family, state media reported.
The woman, identified only by her surname Ao, resolved to kill the child in Nanchang city after the seer warned his Chinese zodiac sign "clashed" with those of others in the family, Jiangxi province's news website said Monday.
When Ao's daughter-in-law, surnamed Wang, was pregnant with the child, Ao went so far as to encourage another grandson to hit Wang in the belly in an attempt to cause a miscarriage, said the government-run Jiangxi News site.
Ao told police that after the child was born in January, she decided to kill him and eventually tossed him in the well on April 6 when the baby's mother was in the toilet, it said.
Ao then went missing for two days but was found by police and arrested.
Despite three decades of rapid modernisation in China, many people, particularly the elderly and residents of poorer rural provinces like Jiangxi, still cling to traditional beliefs and superstitions.
