Caught! A fish with two mouths

Strange creatures have been emerging from the seas, rivers and lakes off late.

The latest to hit the internet comes via Garry Warrick’s net at Lake Bonney in South Australia's Riverland.

The website abc.com reports that Warrick caught a two-mouthed fish.

"Both mouths are actually joined together," he is quoted by the site as saying, adding, “The top one opens and closes but the bottom one looks permanently open.

Warrick is no stranger to strange fish in his career as a commercial fisherman for 30 years.

He also says he has caught a fish that has a dolphin-shaped head.

And just to out two-headed creatures in perspective, Warrick told abc.com that a turtle breeder last year bred a turtle with two heads.
