Cop SWATs world planking record

For all the six-pack, core-demons and fitness freaks, here is one for the record books.

A Chinese police officer, who is a member of the Beijing Police department SWAT team, has broken the world record for planking.

According to the Metro, Mao Weidong stayed in a plank position for four hours and 26 minutes.
