According to a latest suevey young men watch atleast two hours of porn every week, while women their age spend just 15 minutes, reported 'The Sun'.
Ths survey was conducted among more than 1,000, 18 to 24-year-olds. And a quarter of young men fear they are watching too much pornography.
One in three young adults who were light users said it had upset a partner or caused relationship problems. That number rose to seven out of ten for those who watched more than 10 hours.
And one in four became less interested in sex with a partner after watching porn, the survey for BBC Radio 1 Newsbeat found.
"They are more worried about themselves, more worried about what they are looking at, and report more relationship problems."
The survey also showed that one in three light users, who spent less than an hour a week viewing porn, said they had missed a deadline or appointment as a result.

Tattoo leads to a murder conviction
(AGENCIES)
A tatto on the accused's chest led the police to unravel a murder mystery, reported 'Los Angeles Times'.
Inked on the chest of a Pico Rivera gang member was the detailed scene of a liquor store slaying.
Each key detail was right there: the Christmas lights that lined the roof of the store where 23-year-old John Juarez was gunned down, the direction his body fell, the bowed street lamp across the way and the street sign...
As if to seal the deal, below the collarbone of the gang member known by the alias "Chopper" was a miniature helicopter raining down bullets on the scene.
Lloyd's discovery of the tattoo in 2008 launched a bizarre investigation that soon led to Anthony Garcia's arrest for the shooting after cops adopted a undercover operation and began talking to the suspect.
A detective posing as a Los Angeles gang member who'd been arrested on attempted murder charges was placed in Garcia's Norwalk station jail cell.
He soon got Garcia talking, sheriff's investigators said. Garcia was proud, and he bragged about the shooting. He didn't know the conversation was being recorded and that it would soon be played for a jury.
Investigators don't believe Garcia's elaborate tattoo was a rash decision. Photos from several bookings over the years show the mural on his chest evolving as he added details to the tattooed murder scene — until one day Lloyd saw them as a whole and something clicked.

A teenage boy died in a freak accident while playing peek-a-boo with his younger brother in a South-East London suberb.
Jovanni Peddie, 14, fell 40ft to his death as his eight-year-old brother looked on helplessly from an adjacent window, reported 'Mail Online'.
His mother Luanda, 33, blamed her son’s death on the ‘unsafe’ windows which have an unusual rotating hinge and open extremely wide.
‘Jovanni was in the bedroom and his eight-year-old brother was in the living room. He must have leant out the window trying to spy his brother and it flipped and he was knocked out.I didn’t hear anything. I only found out when I noticed the window was wide open.I went in his room to tell him to close it and couldn’t see him anywhere," the mother said.
"Then when I looked out the window I just saw him lying there."Jovanni, the eldest of five children, is the third person to die at the Aylesbury Estate in Walworth, south-east London, in recent years after falling from a window.
