The YouTube video shows a man lying on what seems like a hospital bed, as doctors are working away inside his mouth.
Very soon a metal clamp sort of tool is used to pull out a device from the patient's mouth.
The clip, originally filmed in 2012 by Edwin Shingo, resurfaced this week on video-sharing site LiveLeak, reports UK website Metro.
It is not really clear how the man came to swallow such a big electronic device.
