An Asian man hid liquor bottles in his neighbour’s garden in Ras Al Khaimah in a bid to shun police but he apparently had not thought of the watchful eyes of his neighbours.
On that day, he crossed the fence into the garden and got one bottle, leaving the remaining stuff there, unaware of the eyes that were trained on him.
As he started to enjoy his drink, police were banging his door. Once he opened, they arrested him and drove him straight to the hospital for an alcohol test.
“The neighbours phoned the police after catching him red handed hiding his alcoholic drinks in their garden,” AlKhaleej daily said, adding that the unnamed man would stand trial on charges of having liquor and trespassing.
