Plane lands on cars after takeoff

Authorities say a student pilot landed on two cars in a central Florida parking lot after experiencing problems during takeoff.

The Pasco County Sheriff's Office say the pilot, a 60-year-old man, was on his second solo flight Thursday when he lost control during takeoff and made a quick landing in Wesley Chapel.

His single-engine plane skidded off the runway and landed on two cars in an industrial business parking lot.
