Teenager exposes rapist dad

Mumbai: A man in Mumbai has been arrested following a complaint by his teenage daughter.

The 15-year-old told police that he had been repeatedly raping her since last five years when her mother was not around, reported ToI.

The man works outside the city and regularly visits his family. All these years the girl kept quiet, but this time when he announced his arrival, she alerted her mother – a housewife.

The two filed a complaint and he was arrested.

Initially, he confessed to the crime saying he committed the offence under the influence of alcohol. However, later he retracted saying that his wife was trying to frame him.


Danish women gang raped, robbed in Delhi

New Delhi: A foreigner was allegedly gang raped in India’s capital city on Tuesday and police have rounded up about 15 people for questioning.

The incident took place when the 51-year-old Danish woman lost her way and sought directions from a group of men to return to her hotel in New Delhi’s Cannaught Place, reported NDTV.

She alleged that the eight men took her to an isolated place raped her and stole her iPad and cash in euros.

She, however, refused a medical examination and flew out of the country.

Man attacks family members of his wife’s lover

Mumbai: A man has been arrested for attacking three family members of his wife’s lover.

The 33-year-old told cops that he had suspected that his wife was in a relationship with their neighbour, but he had no proof, reported MidDay.

So one day, when she went out, he followed her and spotted her in compromising position with his neighbour in a public toilet.

He returned home and waited for his wife to return and thrashed her before setting out to kill her lover.

But he was not at home, so he attacked three of his family  members with a chopper. One among them is critical.
