'Tired' wolf caught alive in Saudi Arabia

A group of Saudi men in a four-wheel vehicle chased a wolf for several hours before they succeeded in capturing it alive when it got tired
and stopped.

The men were searching for the wolf in hills and valleys near the western town of Taif after it was seen attacking sheep in the area in
the previous nights.

“Rain forced the wolf to run out of a valley, triggering a long chase…the animal later stopped running after it got tired, which
allowed its chaser to capture it alive,” Sabq Arabic language newspaper said.

It said the predator was locked up in a barn so it will be handed over to authorities.
