Woman delivers bonny 6kg baby

A pregnant woman gave birth to a bonny baby in Australia.

The mother-to-be had to be put under anesthesia once her water broke. The baby was delivered by the caesarean section and the doctors were surprised to find that the baby weighed 5.9kg and measured 57cm, reports a news website.

The baby did not break any record despite her size, as the heaviest baby's record is held by one born in Queensland nearly three years ago at 6.76kg.
