Facebook picture leads to sex assault bust

A Chicago-area man was charged with sexually assaulting a teenage girl after her mother found a picture of the couple having sex on Facebook, police said.

Bail was set at $75,000 Friday for Leroy Stephenson, 24, of Ford Heights, Ill., the Chicago Sun-Times reported.

Investigators say Stephenson admitted taking the picture and forwarding it to someone else. It was posted on several Facebook pages.

Stephenson allegedly aggressively pursued the girl, now 16, investigators said. She finally gave in when she was 15.

The charges include aggravated criminal sexual assault and child pornography.
