Show and tell in Saudi school: Boy brings knife and bullets to class

A Saudi school boy published a photograph on a social network showing him in class with a knife and bullets placed on his desk.

The unidentified boy intentionally concealed his face and those of the other students and the Saudi teacher facing him when he took the shot in class.

The picture was published by the Arabic language daily Al Saudeh, which said it triggered controversy and anger by its viewers on social networks.

“The student intentionally did not show his face and those of his class mates and the teacher so authorities will not be able to identify the school,” it said.
