Arsenal want Zaha to send Walcott on his way

Theo Walcott’s saga at the Emirates may be reaching its inevitable end – a January exit.

Despite scoring a hat-trick against reading in Arsenal’s amazing 7-5 win in the Capital One League Cup, Walcott only came off the bench against Manchester United, as Arsenal lost 2-1.

Evidence that Arsene Wenger may be done with Walcott lies in Arsenal’s pursuit of £9million Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha.

According to the Daily Mail , Arsenal’s interest in Zaha took a step forward last weekend when chief scout Steve Rowley watched the teenager play against Leicester.

That could signal the end of Walcott.
