Liverpool wall defends 'divers', 'racists' taunts

There is a red mist surrounding the resurgence of Liverpool Football Club.
It involves allegations of cheating and racist abuse.
And manager Kenny Dalglish - a hard footballer but of impeccable reputation – will be madder than ever.
The fallout of the drawn game against Manchester United was not the loss of points, but the allegations of unsporting like conduct of the worst kind.
United’s Patrice Evra accused Liverpool striker Luis Suarez of racially abusing him.
The FA said it will investigate.
Luis Suarez challenged Evra to prove it.
A section of the British press reported that Sky Sports found no footage that supports Evra’s accusations.
Reports also claimed that referee Andre Marriner did not hear any of the alleged 10 racist comments.
Suarez used his official Twitter page to issue a statement on Sunday, in which he categorically denies abusing Evra.
He said: “I’m upset by the accusations of racism. I can only say that I have always respected and respect everybody. We are all the same. I go to the field with the maximum illusion of a little child who enjoys what he does, not to create conflicts.”
If that was bad, things were about to get worse.
United's in-house television channel MUTV had to edit an interview with Phil Jones following the game after he spoke out over the challenge from Rio Ferdinand on Charlie Adam. He said the Scotland midfielder dived to win the free-kick.
Adam was quick to deny accusations.
"Well, everyone has an opinion and I felt a touch. If I hadn't gone down I would have been clear through on goal so there must have been contact. I felt contact when I went past Rio and that's the way it goes. I'm not that type of player. I'm not just going to go down easily,” he was quoted as saying.
This comes on the back of accusations of Suarez being accused of diving himself.
Jack Rodwell of Everton was at the receiving end of a Suarez dive – a red card end, in the derby match before Manchester United went to Liverpool on Saturday.
For what, replays showed, was not even a foul, Suarez went into rolls of agony. Jack got red. Everton lost.
Suarez, nicknamed El Pistolero — the Gunslinger — has hit out saying, “I don't trick anybody. I have never been a diver — only a forward who receives so many fouls.”
