Emaar Turkey, a subsidiary of Emaar Properties PJSC, has announced the development of ‘Boulevardi,’ a new development covering 67,000 square metres.

Boulevardi will have over 1,000 luxury homes, a 190 room five star hotel, leisure facilities, offices and a shopping mall.

Ozan Balaban, General Manager, Emaar Turkey, said: “There is considerable demand for high quality residential communities in Istanbul to meet the country’s growth in the tourism and property sectors. Emaar’s first residential project in the region, Tuscan Valley, had gained strong investment from the Turkish community in Dubai as well as international investors, and we are confident of robust investor interest in Boulevardi too.”

Boulevardi takes inspiration from the cultural heritage of the city featuring elegant homes inspired by Ottoman-style architecture surrounded by wide, tree-lined boulevards.

The Boulevardi mall will be one of the largest in Istanbul. Taking design inspiration from The Dubai Mall, the new retail and leisure destination will offer visitors the choice of over 400 stores, diverse culinary venues and leisure attractions including a Discovery Centre & Underwater Zoo, family entertainment centre, ice skating rink and movie theatre complex.

Emaar Turkey’s Boulevardi is showcased at Emaar’s pavilion in Cityscape Global, the premiere real estate exhibition that is ongoing through October 4 at the Dubai International Convention Centre.
