Arsenal target Robert Lewandowski of Borussia Dortmund is heading to Manchester United, according to Poland coach Frank Smuda.

The striker netted 30 goals in Germany this season and scored the opening goal of Euro 2012 against Greece on Friday.

Smuda claims his Dortmund trio of Polish internationals - Lukasz Piszczek, Kuba Blaszczykowski and Lewandowski - are on the move, according to the Mirror.

He said: "In my opinion, in a moment they will be gone from Borussia. 'Lewy' is going to Manchester United, Kuba also somewhere in England, Piszczek to Real Madrid.

"They have a goal and they want to grow. I base the squad on them."

Lewandowski has two years left on his deal at Dortmund and talks on an improved offer broke down last month.

Manchester City and Arsenal have also been linked with the striker.

Sir Alex Ferguson landed his first signing of the summer, Dortmund's Shinji Kagawa last week in a £12 million deal.

But he also watched Lewandowski score a hat-trick in the German cup final in their 5-2 win over Bayern Munich.
