Arsenal to lose M’Vila so Wenger tracks Capoue

Arsenal are getting ready for life without Robin Van Persie.

Most onlookers, believe manager Arsene Wenger may be doing it right this time – focusing on building a strong defence and midfield.

However, given a stuttering season and a wealth of riches being offered elsewhere – Manchester City and Chelsea – Wenger needs to keep a plan B in place.

After Tottenham Hotspur seemingly wrecked his bid for defender Jan Vertonghen, now Rennes ace Yann M’Vila may also not come to the Emirates.

According to reports in the British media, Arsenal are tracking Toulouse midfielder Etienne Capoue as a replacement.

According to a report in The Sun, Capoue was actually Wenger’s first choice over M’Vila.

Inter Milan and Atletico Madrid are also interested in Capoue.

But what of M’Vila? Well, over to Manchester City.
