Arsenal are ready to a offer new bumper deal in a desperate bid to hold to midfielder Samir Nasri.
The Gunners are willing to offer Nasri a staggering £6 million-a-year deal to stay, according to the 'Daily Mail'.
The French midfielder is wanted by Manchester City but the Gunners will hand him a £115,000-a-week deal in a bid to keep him at the club.
Arsenal snubbed City’s £20 million bid for Nasri.
The 24-year-old midfielder was offered £160,000 a week to join City – £70,000 more a week than the initial deal he snubbed at Arsenal.
But the Arsenal board are ready to talk again as Wenger tries to convince Nasri that he can become the linchpin of the side when Cesc Fabregas completes his protracted move to Barcelona, the report added.
