Manchester United’s plans to win back the title from Manchester City have hit a wall.
United have had a bid for Borussia Dortmund midfielder Shinji Kagawa turned down.
A report in the Guardian states that a bid of £13million for 23-year-old has been turned down.

Sir Alex Ferguson personal was on hand to watch Kagawa when he scored in Dortmund’s 5-2 win over Bayern Munich in the German Cup final over two weeks ago.
The Japanese has scored 13 goals in 31 league games and has impressed United enough for them to move for him.
