Liverpool’s ‘Messi’ ready for Chelsea clash

Liverpool's Uruguayan striker Luis Suarez has laughed off comparisons with Lionel Messi after his four-goal performance for Uruguay last Friday.

However, he insists he will be ready for Sunday's Premier League trip to Chelsea.

Suarez was in outstanding form at the weekend, scoring all of his country's goals in their 4-0 friendly win over Chile and Chelsea will be more than wary of the Messi comparison.

There is a Facebook page called 'Luis Suarez the new Lionel Messi', but Suarez said: "Comparisons with Messi embarrass me.”

Chelsea will want to be sure Suarez does not embarrass them on Sunday.
