Man Utd fear City’s Tevez, says Antonio Valencia

As the mind games between Manchester City and Manchester United reach a fever pitch, both, Roberto Mancini and Sir Alex Ferguson are well aware of the trump cards in their hands.
While Fergie has singled out Antonio Valencia as being the key man in United’s quest to close out the title and defend the championship, Mancini has brought back Tevez.
Now, Valencia himself has spoken about the fear that United have of the Carlos effect.
In an exclusive story in The Sun (https://bit.ly/GOTeTg), Valencia has spoken about the Reds dreading Tevez scoring the winning goal when the two teams clash on April 30.
He said: "If Carlos plays against us, I'm sure he'll be motivated.
“He's an excellent player, able to change a match in an instant. What he did against Chelsea was no surprise.
"But for Tevez to score the winner? I hope it doesn't happen.
"And for us to fail and lose the title will bring pain for months. But I'm confident in my team.”
Fergie would hope City fear Valencia. He said of his player: "Antonio could be very important. His form before he got the injury was outstanding. Now he's back, we hope he stays fit.
"You get two sides to Antonio. He's prepared to work hard, he can tackle, run but he can also beat a man. He's got everything."
Manchester United could move three points clear at the top of the Premier League tonight by beating Fulham.
Fergie said: "I have to congratulate the players on achieving the position we're in because of the injuries we've had. They've shown resilience and we're in the position we are now because of that.
"I was hoping City would drop something but I also knew we really had to perform well to take advantage.”
He added: "What we've got to get used to, and United and City fans too, is there's going to be big games involving us — semi-finals, finals, whatever — for a decade.”
