The Champions League draw could not have been kinder to Manchester United.
Their group features Braga, CFR Cluj and Galatasaray.
Sir Alex Ferguson and Paul Scholes came out all guns blazing after the draw was announced.
And the message was clear: no mistakes.
Paul Scholes, who missed out on completely in 2011/12 - he was still retired when United bowed out earlier than expected in December is back in the squad.
Speaking to United magazine ‘Red View’ he said, “We were disappointing at Old Trafford last season and conceded too many goals.
“When we've qualified [for the latter stages] in the past, which has been almost every year, we've usually won our three home games and then won an away game or two and that's what we'll be trying to do this year.”
However, Scholes did feel the away trips that United will have to make given the other clubs in the draw could play a factor.
“Of course, you always want short journeys for the group games, but it hasn't happened in this draw.
“We know it won't be easy - it's always difficult to get through the group stages as we found last year.
“But as long as we win our home games and try and pick up a couple of away wins we should be okay.|
Sir Alex on the other hand has warned United not to make any "stupid errors".
"We have the experience of playing against Galatasaray in the past and we will always remember the 'Welcome to Hell' banners," he told ManUtd.com. "So it's always a difficult type of match.
"We have drawn Portuguese clubs a number of times over the past few years - the likes of Benfica, Sporting [Lisbon] and Porto - so we have the experience of playing in Portugal on many occasions. Braga are one of the improving teams in that country.
"Obviously, we've never played Cluj before but, after the experience of last year, we don't want to make any stupid errors this time. We will play our strongest team to make sure we get through."
