Spain continue as top-ranked football team

World champions Spain continue their reign on top of the world football rankings.

They are followed by Netherlands, Germany, Brazil and Argentina in the Fifa world rankings released on Wednesday.

The rankings are based on performances over the last four years (last month's positions in brackets):
