Tottenham will look to take advantage of a Manchester City team going through its most vulnerable period of the season when the two new pretenders to the Premier League title meet Sunday in a pivotal match.
After moving to the top of the standings early in the season, City stuttered over the holiday period and has won only two of its last six matches in all competitions.
Tottenham was thrashed 5-1 by City in August but has lost just once in the league since, leaving them third _ five points behind the leaders ahead of the match at the Etihad Stadium.
In what is the most crucial weekend of the title race so far, second-place Manchester United will also look to keep the pressure on City when it travels to fifth-place Arsenal.
