Fighters from 13 countries, including USA and Russia, will fight in the inaugural Abu Dhabi Warriors Fighting Championship, a Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) event to be held on Friday November 2.

Held under the auspices of the UAE Jiu-Jitsu (UAEJJ) Association, the championship will be held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.

The fight card of Abu Dhabi Warriors include the Cuban-born Brazilian Muay Thai expert Jose "Pele" Landi-Jons and US MMA fighter Travis "Diesel" Wiuff.

MMA has gained in popularity in the UAE recently. Different forms of martial arts will be coming together and an array of outstanding fighting talents are getting ready to lock horns on Friday.
