What is DubaiNow?
The DubaiNow app is the official smartphone app of the Government of Dubai. It gives residents and visitors access to over 320 services from more than 50 government entities and private sector institutions.
The app provides a multi-purpose platform, where you can complete a range of transactions, whether it’s renewing a permit, paying a utility bill, or applying for a traffic clearance certificate.
What is the new ‘Pay All Fines’ feature?
On July 1, the DubaiNow app announced a new feature called ‘Pay All Fines’, which seamlessly brings together fines from various platforms into a single payment portal.
The service allows you to view all your outstanding fines and pay them in one go, without switching between different government portals or apps.
Eligible fines include traffic violations, parking fines, Salik penalties, and other government fines. Through the app, you receive a complete overview of:
- The total number of outstanding eligible fines
- The type of each fine
- The total amount due
How do I pay all my fines through DubaiNow?
Follow these steps to pay outstanding fines via the app.
- Download the DubaiNow app via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Sign in with your UAE PASS or create an account.
- Navigate to the ‘Core’ section on the home screen and select ‘Pay All Fines’. The service will automatically display eligible fines linked to your Emirates ID.
- Review the fines and proceed to payment. You can pay via debit or credit card, or through a digital wallet. Once the payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation notification within the app.
