Dubai: Dubai Media Academy, the training arm of Dubai Media, has launched a series of virtual workshops and specialised training programmes taking place in May 2026, reinforcing its commitment to equipping media professionals with advanced capabilities in artificial intelligence, content creation and emerging technologies, and strengthening their readiness to navigate a rapidly evolving media landscape.

The initiative is aligned with Dubai Media’s strategic vision to further position Dubai as a leading hub for purposeful content creation and production, while fostering a new generation of media professionals equipped with the skills required to shape the future of the industry.

The series will feature a range of specialised training tracks led by industry experts, offering participants deeper insight into the evolving role of media as a dynamic industry that goes beyond information delivery to shaping influence and public awareness.

The programme includes “Media After AI: From Prompt Engineering to Shaping the Media Landscape”, delivered by Engineer Asem Galal, Advisor to the Academy, alongside “Family and Media in Times of Crisis: Building Awareness in a Changing Environment”, led by media professional Doudja Ben Faraj.

The Academy will also host additional sessions addressing the realities and challenges of new media. These include “Trend Management and Smart Content Creation: Strategies for High-Impact, Shareable Content”, led by media professional Khalid Al Muhairi, and “Decision Engineering in the Workplace: Building Decisiveness in a Rapidly Changing World”, delivered by media professional and psychologist Mirhan Dosouqi.

The series will also feature “Therapeutic Writing and Its Impact on Expression and Media: From Experience to Awareness”, led by Douja Ben Faraj and will end with “Media Crisis

Management and Countering Misinformation: Strategies for Protection and Trust Building”, delivered by Dr Humaid Al Zaabi.
