His Excellency Dr. Anwar bin Mohammed Gargash, Diplomatic Advisor to His Highness the President of the UAE, expressed his happiness at receiving "The Letters", the new book by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, with a special dedication.
