His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on Wednesday approved the results of the latest cycle of the UAE Government Services Star Rating System, which measures the quality of government services and their level of development based on customer experience.

The cycle covered 179 service channels across 27 government entities. The Traffic and Licensing Services Centre in Fujairah topped the results, achieving a seven-star rating.

In a post on his official account on X, Sheikh Mohammed said: "Today we approved the results of the new cycle of the Star Rating System for UAE government services, which measures the quality of our government services and their level of development based on customer experience. The cycle included 179 service channels in 27 government entities. The Traffic and Licensing Services Centre in the Emirate of Fujairah topped the results, achieving a seven-star rating. We congratulate my brother, Lieutenant General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and the Ministry of Interior team on this outstanding achievement."

He added: "We set our vision for government services years ago. We want services that rival the best hotels in hospitality and reception, the best banks in the accuracy and reliability of procedures, and the best airlines in speed of completion and round-the-clock operation. We want a government that anticipates people's needs and exceeds their expectations, making their lives easier and better."
