Dubai: His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, today shared three messages for his team, after chairing a Cabinet meeting.

"As we begin our new government season, we have three messages for our team. Our first message: We do not wait for ideal circumstances to continue delivering achievements. Our projects are moving forward, our economy is growing, our markets are operating at full capacity, and our events are welcoming the world. The UAE does not stop — and will not stop.

"Our second message: We have begun work on the largest transformational project for government services through AI assistants. Our project is strategic, national and future-focused, and we are counting on it to bring about a qualitative transformation in government. Our message to all teams is to be part of this strategic transformation of the UAE Government.

"Our third message: The trust that the UAE has built over decades is the currency we are betting on. It is trust built through the development of legislation, regulations and policies; through massive investment in the world’s best infrastructure; through a reputation that has been firmly established; and through international relationships that have been built over the years."

AI Adviser System for Cabinet approved

Sheikh Mohammed added that during today’s Cabinet meeting, the launch and implementation of the AI Adviser System for the Cabinet was also approved.

"[It is] a new step in advancing government decision-making, accelerating the study of policies, projects and initiatives, and enhancing the quality of government outcomes," he said.

"The system operates through 32 specialised AI assistants that analyse policies, legislation, strategies and systems, assess their impact, review global best practices and provide recommendations. The system will work alongside ministers 24 hours a day to follow up on decisions and their implementation.

"The UAE Government does not stop, and its decision-making continues. Our goal is a more efficient government, with faster and more accurate decisions," he said.

Government entities complete more than 308 million digital transactions in 2025

"We also reviewed the results of the government’s digital transformation over the past year. Government entities completed more than 308 million digital transactions, while government apps recorded 15.8 million downloads, across 1,633 digital services.

"Customer satisfaction with priority services reached 92%, while the government implemented 471 digital transformation projects.

"In terms of global competitiveness, the UAE ranked first globally in indicators including telecommunications infrastructure, digital skills and AI adoption, and was placed in the highest category in the Cybersecurity Index.

"These results confirm that our digital transformation journey continues, and that investing in technology and artificial intelligence is an investment in the quality and future of government services," he said.

UAE Government Annual Meetings to focus on readiness and resilience

Sheikh Mohammed added that the Cabinet had also approved the agenda for the UAE Government Annual Meetings, which will be held from November 8 to 10.

"This year’s edition will focus on readiness and resilience — readiness in our economy, our supply chains and logistics services, our resources, and our families.

"During the meetings, we will also review the progress made by government entities in integrating AI assistants into their work and services.

"We will also celebrate the winners of the first edition of the “Years of the UAE Award”, and we invite everyone to participate by sharing their stories," he said.

National Ecotourism Policy approved

During the meeting, the Cabinet also approved the National Ecotourism Policy and reviewed the results of implementing the National Strategy to Combat Desertification 2022–2030, which has achieved tangible progress in protecting ecosystems and ensuring the sustainability of natural resources.

"The number of nature reserves has increased to 55, while 4,900 hectares of land have been rehabilitated. More than 3.2 million square metres of green spaces have also been added, and 341,000 native trees have been documented and protected.

"Preserving our environment is a national responsibility, and investing in our natural resources is an investment in quality of life," he said.

"Today, the UAE is stronger through its teams and the determination of its people, and, God willing, the sky is no limit to our ambition."
