Perfect beach weather: What to expect for the UAE Eid holiday

Dubai and Abu Dhabi see fair skies and calm seas, perfect for nighttime Eid festivities.

Dubai: The weather is forecast to remain fair in general, all throughout the day, with highs of 39°C in Dubai, Ajman and Fujairah.

Abu Dhabi and Sharjah will see slightly higher peaks of 41°C and 40°C respectively.

The temperature is expected to climb to 47°C in internal areas of the UAE, according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM).

Al Ain and Liwa can expect temperatures of 46°C and 47°C respectively.

The NCM has advised that humidity levels are expected to rise overnight, and into Thursday morning, particularly over coastal areas. Light to moderate southwesterly to northwesterly winds will blow across the country today, averaging 10 to 25km/h and reaching up to 35km/h at times.

Sea conditions will remain slight in both the Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea, so it’s a good time to plan an evening or night-time trip to the beach, as part of Eid festivities.

Dubai: 39°C – 28°C

Abu Dhabi: 41°C – 28°C

Sharjah: 40°C – 25°C

Ajman: 38°C – 29°C

Umm Al Quwain: 40°C – 23°C

Ras Al Khaimah: 42°C – 24°C

Fujairah: 38°C – 29°C

Al Ain: 46°C – 27°C

Liwa: 47°C – 25°C
