Abu Dhabi: The UAE Ministry of Defence has announced the death of two military personnel while carrying out a training mission in the country on Monday, September 14, 2026.
In a statement, the ministry said it mourns Major Abdullah Shamis Al Menhali and candidate Saeed Abdullah Al Shamsi, who were killed during the training mission.
The ministry extended its deepest condolences and sympathy to the families of the two men, praying that God grants them His vast mercy and provides their families and loved ones with patience and solace.
